1. Child Labor Prohibition and Young Worker Protection Policy Based on the social responsibility of protecting children's physical and mental development, child labor shall not be used at any stage of manufacturing. "Child labor" refers to individuals under the age of 15 (or as defined by stricter local laws). Legitimate workplace learning programs that comply with all relevant laws and regulations are exempt from this restriction. Workers under the age of 18 (young workers) shall not perform tasks that may jeopardize their health or safety, including night shifts or overtime.
2. Prohibition of Forced Labor Forced labor and any related coercive measures against employees are prohibited. This includes corporal punishment, physical or psychological abuse or coercion, intimidation or other verbal violence, wage deductions, confiscation of identity documents, or other illegal forms of forced labor.
3. Working Hours and Compensation Ensure that employee working hours and overtime comply with EICC standards or local legal requirements. Due to order fluctuations and seasonal variations, appropriate and legal adjustments to overtime hours may be considered however, reasonable rest periods and overtime pay must always be provided. Commit to wage policies that comply with local legal requirements, ensuring wages are not below the local minimum wage standards, and provide all statutory benefits.
4. Freedom of Association Commit to respecting the rights of all employees to freely establish, join, and organize labor unions. Inform employees that they are free to join organizations of their choice without any adverse consequences or retaliation from the company. Provide communication channels that allow employees to engage with management without fear of retaliation, threats, or harassment, ensuring employees can communicate openly with the company.
5. Non-Discrimination In matters involving hiring, compensation, training opportunities, promotion, dismissal, or retirement, there shall be no discrimination based on race, ethnicity or social origin, social class, ancestry, religion, physical disability, gender, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, marital status, union membership, political opinions, age, or other discriminatory factors. Moreover, employees shall not be forced to undergo discriminatory medical examinations, except those required by law or necessary to determine suitability for specific job duties.
Provide employees with a safe and healthy workplace and environment, and conform to local occupational health and safety regulations, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series, and international social responsibility standards. Establish guidelines to maintain safe and healthy work environment, preventing occupational hazards for workers and minimizing risks in the workplace.
Pledge to comply with ISO14001, establish a systematic environmental management system, or provide complete evidence of continuous improvement in environmental conditions. In addition, focus on integrating environmental management with operations to deliver high-quality products, services, and exceptional customer service experiences.
This management system is developed with reference to:
1. Compliance with applicable business and product-related laws, regulations, and customer requirements.
2. Compliance with the relevant provisions of this commitment letter.
3. Identifying and mitigating risks related to this policy. Additionally, the management system should be continuously improved.

All obligations must be carried out ethically, honestly, and with integrity, and all employees must avoid conflicts of interest between personal and professional matters.
2. No Improper Benefits
All employees are required to refrain from offering or accepting any form of benefits from business partners, especially when such benefits might compromise objective and fair business decisions. Employees and their family members must adhere to business integrity principles and avoid violations such as bribery, forgery, and others.
3. Information Disclosure
Within the limits of corporate and legal regulations, all communication content with stakeholders will be proactively and fully disclosed.
